Ruth Elaine was the second daughter of Helen, and was born January 19, 1956 in Binghamton, New York. She joined the US Navy. She has two children, Michele H. Chavez(October 15, 1975) and Christopher R. Chavez(January 11, 1982)(Click on their names to go to their pages).
